Shipping and Handling

We will gladly ship your order to any country around the world. Shipping charges vary based on delivery location. Oversized items such as framed prints, sculpture, and very large children's toys may incur a shipping surcharge.

Express and Priority Delivery

Where available, the cost for express delivery is $13.95 in addition to standard shipping charges and the cost for priority delivery is $22.95 in addition to standard shipping charges. Express and priority delivery are available to locations with street addresses only; we are not able to deliver to rural routes or P.O. boxes. Express delivery is available to the US, territories, and Canada; priority shipping is only available for the US and certain territories.

Delivery Times

Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery times by location for standard, express, and priority shipping. All orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern time to be considered for that business day. Priority orders placed by 1 p.m. Eastern time (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handled as Monday orders. Express and priority delivery are available for in-stock items and are available to locations with street addresses only; we are not able to deliver to rural routes or P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 180 days* from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only accept for refund to your credit card merchandise that is current and in saleable condition. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact our store for instructions.
